We guarantee shipment within 7 business days of your order. If a product is on backorder with the Manufacture we will notify you within 2
business days via email. We offer US postal service. UPS ground and air. Most packages can be expected to arrive within 3 weeks from date of
order. We use the Yahoo! tracking device and UPS tracking for all orders shipped. If you would like to check on your order please feel free to call
817-310-3391. We will send you an email with an order verification when you order is mailed. *Taggies products may be shipped to addresses
within the U.S. only
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will gladly refund your money for any defective products if you will call us for a refund confirmation number before shipping. We can then
arrange postage for you. We cannot offer returns on any undergarment (such as Gabrialla) or Medela products due to state health and Medela
corporate regulations. However we will be glad to offer store credit on products that are in original packaging and resalable. Please call us for the
return confirmation number. Your refund will be for the amount of purchase minus the restocking fee of 5% and shipping charges.
